Community First Aid Days
We believe everyone should know how to help in an emergency, so we run affordable community first aid days open to all. No experience needed. Morning sessions cover the essentials: how to assess an emergency scene, the primary survey (DRABC), CPR, and how to help someone who’s choking. The afternoon builds on that with bleeding control, recognising and managing shock, and responding to seizures, plus extra topics if time allows.
Join us for just £45 per person for the full day, or go one step further with our £65 option which includes a nationally recognised Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work award, so you leave with a formal qualification. Either way you’ll leave with the knowledge and confidence to help in an emergency.
Sessions are kept small so everyone gets proper hands-on time, and every course is led by a qualified paramedic with genuine emergency experience. Whether you want to feel more confident in everyday life or need a certificate for work, there’s an option that works for you.
